Services, Fees & Forms

Below are the services, fees and associated forms the ASBA makes available to our members to help them do business with the Association during the year.

The ASBA Fiscal Year is: October 1 through September 30

Office Fees

Effective January 1, 2011

Rush Fees

All work requested to be completed within two (2) working days in the office is DOUBLE the normal fee. Work requested returned by fax is charged DOUBLE the normal fee.

ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE

No applications will be considered until all fees are paid. Applications for 30 or 60 day transfers and registration of mature animals will be determined by the envelope postmark. Registration forms and fee schedules may be found at Southdownsheep.org or by calling the ASBA office at (325) 429-6226.

Fees and Dues

Initial Adult/Family/Farm Membership Fee	$20
Annual Adult/Family/Farm Membership Fee	$20
Junior Membership Fee (Juniors are 21 years of age as of the first of the calendar year)	$10

Registration Fees

(Fees are per head.)

Sheep less than 1 year of age	$5
Sheep 1-3 years of age	$6
Sheep over 3 years of age	$15

Any animal with a change in ownership at the time of registry must also include transfer fee.

Transfer Fees

(Fees are per head.)

Transfers < 30 days after sale.	$5
Transfers 30-60 days after sale	$6
Transfers > 60 days after sale.	$10

Other Fees

Annual web link listing	$50
Christen Names, each	$50
Duplicate Certificates, each	$10
Extended Pedigrees, each	$10
Books of Entry Applications, each	$25

Forms

Please use these forms to do business with the ASBA. Forms are in Microsoft Word format and may be completed by:

Filling them out online and printing and mailing to the ASBA.
Printing the form, completing manually by hand-writing information on the form and mailing to the ASBA.
Associated fees for these transactions must accompany the completed form! Actions will not be considered final until fees are received by the ASBA.
